Never a large entry for this show but today it seemed a jolly crowd had come over to the Green Isle for the weekend, supporting also a breed club show. Dalmatians must be among one of our overall best
breeds today. I think most have passed the test for 'fit for purpose' if there had been one. Temperaments excellent, a few youngsters as yet to settle. Breeders & exhibitors can be well proud of their breed as I
saw it today. Thanks for bringing me the cream to judge. A credit to all concerned.
PD (6,1a) 1 Stout's Tynevale Tranquil Troodos, good outline, sound, lovely quality. Just has to settle & can finish well; 2 Polhill's Fincham Hurricane Jack at Kymvale, close up for type, classy
pup. Tends to crab when moving. Time is on his side; 3 Webster's Tynevale Truly Talented at Dalmarno.
JD (3) 1 Christie's Sophtspot Abracadabra, grand youngster for type & quality. Just needs to settle & can make the top spot; 2 Goodswen's Tamilanda Pink Vigilante from Alphadal, same
excellent pattern. Not so positive on the move; 3 Swindells' Pjasdals Cwite Starstruck.
PGD (4) 1 T Pink Vigilante from A, pleased for size, well balanced, good outline; 2 Quayle's Buffrey The Shaded Sun at Cubalibre, grand legs & feet, close up here, lovely quality; 3 McCarthy's
Kilndandy Old Copper.
LD (7,2) 1 Tingey's Holderness Hillbilly by Dallyador, top class, well marked, has the make, shape & soundness of movement, pleased for size. CC; 2 Todhunter's Takesti Moon Dancer, shade longer
cast but this is a high class baby with the best of legs & feet; 3 Ely's Wintermine Dynamo.
OD (9,2) 1 Stocks' Ch Dalmark The Shaded Moon at Nospar, well balanced, of the highest order, size, quality & soundness of movement all there, headed a wonderful class. RCC; 2 Quayle's Ir Ch
Cubalibre Top Spot, so close, a dog of excellent merit. This breed has a high level of excellence; 3 Casey's Ch/Ir Ch Camargue Calvin Klein.
PB (4) 1 Chance & Dodds' Tynevale Take A Chance, high class, very promising, has all the essentials to finish well; 2 Dunnachie's Dvojica Voulez Vous, close up, my notes say two outstanding
puppies; 3 Smallwood's Lascelles Lady Marmalade.
JB (7,1) 1 Kennedy's Beebobetty, really high class, strong powerful quarters; 2 Hughes & Smith's Tamilanda Pretty In Pink, has time to mature, has all the essentials; 3 Swindells' Pjasdals Cwite
Special.
PGB (6,2) 1 Tingey's Phaeland Phoenix Phorever by Dallyador, excellent pattern. Front action could be more positive; 2 T Pretty In Pink, has time. Inclined to pace; 3 Welch's Kisses by Hersey's.
LB (9,3) 1 Smallwood's Mapplewell Dancing Queen of Lascelles, headed a strong class. First 2 could easily gain their titles. Strong mover; 2 Page's Winflash Magic Mystery, like 1 hard to fault,
strong powerful quarters; 3 Neal's Time Traveller to Tolkain.
OB
(8,1) 1 Dunnachie's Ch Dvojica Voodoo, have judged this outstanding bitch before. At 6 years looks even better. Neat well balanced & she completely filled my eye. CC & BOB; 2 Christie's Ch Sophtspot Snap Crackle N Pop, splendid example of the breed, hard to fault. Breeders must be congratulated on the high standard of excellence in the breed. RCC; 3 Fort's Shulune Fantazy On Ice.
