I thank the BDC for a very warm welcome in what was a new venue for this show. As a judge I thought it worked very well it was light and very roomy, and I do hope that they have many more successful shows there. The catering was excellent, I don't think I've had a more delightful meal at any other show I have been to. My grateful thanks goes to my 2 very able bodied stewards they did an excellent, job kept me in order and equally the competitors, things ran very smoothly. I thank the exhibitors for their entry and accepting my decision in a sporting manor, another day and other show things can be completely different. The tempermants were excellent. The exhibits were shown in excellent condition a lot of work had been put in by many as I found feet to be excellent and many in hard muscled up condition as a true Dalmatian should be.

Chance & Dodds – Tynvale take a chance– 8mth old l/w, Smashing puppy really puts on a show, lovely feminine head and expression, nice front good lay of shoulder level topline. Moved out well. Pleased to award her best puppy, then went on to get BP in show.
2. Neath – Duggan – Buffrey gift wrapped, 71/2 mth old b/w lovely roly poly puppy, nice feminine head correct dark eye, good lay of shoulder, lovely straight topline, moved out well, just met her match here today with no 1, but I'm sure she has a great future.

1.Thorner – Tolutim Drambuie, b/w 11mth – a longer cast puppy but still in balance, lovely bold spotting, attractive head and expression good hind quarters, nice tight cat feet. Moved well.
2. Johnson – Takes three to tango 8mth old l/w quite a tall bitch with lovely spotting, well bodied nice head and ear carriage moved nice and true.
3. Russell – Dalmark the sandpiper at Dalynrics.

A class full of quality bitches, I needed more red cards, but a decision had to be made.
1. Stanton-white – Sophtspot Barley sugar - Wow!! My surprise find of the day, a quality l/w pleasing head ooze's femininity – correct lay of shoulder, straight topline nice turn of stifle, showed fantastic, moved round the ring with drive and purpose at one with her handler, delighted to award her RCC.
2. Whiting Cibrith China Aster – Another quality l/w, lighter in frame and spotting that 1st has a truly feminine head, correct shoulders straight topline, moved positively round the ring.
3. Dinsdale – Koroyza candy floss at Dalesbred.
4. Cheetham – Koroyza cute as candy for Dollywood
5. Dore- Dalidore Ace of Diamonds.

1. Scott-Allen & Davis – Tolutim Zaffre. B/w of correct size. Feminine head holds her ears well, good lay of shoulder, nice straight topline moved and showed well.
2. Pickup – Roadcoach Ribbons and Roses – B/w slightly taller than 1st but has all the quality. Nice dense spotting lovely head and ear carriage, good straight topline, just on the fidgety side today.Br> 3. Grace – Pinkmead Keyboard Kate at wivecum.

1. Gurnsey – Washakie Dancing Shadow at Kilmartin. Attractive well bodied b/w. Good deep brisket Straight topline, nice head and ear carriage. Showed well, moved correctly.
2. Neal – Time traveller to Tolkin - Compact b/w well spotted excellent tight feet, good head, dark eye shown in lovely condition moved well.

What a class! Some very classy bitches all asking for a 1st place but one took my eye more than the others which was-----------
1. Moores – Ch.Manchandoo choc chip cookie from Fincham – A l/w, from the moment she came into the ring she didn't put a foot wrong. Lovely head framed by well broken up ears, nice reach of nick into correct shoulders lovely straight topline correct tail carriage just flowed effortlessy around the ring, had no hesitation but to award her the CC and then went on to get best in show.
2. Dunnachie – Ch Dvojica Voodo JW – A gorgeous B/w loveley head and ear carriage, correct topline and tail carriage, showed and moved very positively, but met her match here today with the 1st.
3. Neath- Duggan –Ch. Buffrey Sprig o mint

Its always a pleasure to judge the veterans and today there were some very young at heart bitches………..

Dinsdale – Ch Dalesbred Doodle bug - Its hard to believe that this bitch is a veteran she could give all the young ones a run for the money, a dense b/w shown in lovely condition very attractive head and ear carriage, a lovely sized girl, moved very soundly. Best veteran bitch and best black in show.
2. Gibbs – Phadante Norweigen wood Sh ch - another b/w looking good for her age, slightly taller than 1st. but attractive head, nice topline. Moved and showed well.
3. Rose – Washakie Ocean Song by Canidals

Senor Veteran – 2

1. Fleming – IR Ch. Dalregis Shooting Star of Chandally. A lovely L/w who was clearly enjoying her day out, Nice head good clear spotting , moved around the ring with grace that defies her age.
2. Ford – Kayjule Princess Jasmin SCM. A lovely girl with clear black spotting again enjoying herself to he full. Moved and showed well.
