This was a great day for me, I wish to thank the Crufts committee for the honour & a special thank you to the exhibiters for their wonderful entry.

(5,1a) 1st was McCarthy's Ch/Ir Ch Tollwood Lionel at Kilndandy, liver spot ch who is quite lovely, best of liver spot decoration, lovely body shape, movement was good, good head, eyes are correct colour & size, movement was very sound; 2 Bolt's Buffrey Belleissimo at Fakenham, black spotted dog with all the required breed attributes, decorations with the correct pigmentation on a white ground was good, good balanced outline, movement was first class; 3 Croft's Gemmont Mystical Night, liver spot male, good dog with the correct temperament, sound on the move. I had three pleasing examples to start my day.

(11, 2) A good class, full of very sound promising young males. 1 Alexander's Offerdale Chevalier, I liked this black spotted puppy a lot, has good decorations throughout, head & expression are good, very good sound body shape with topline that is correct held well on the move, very good front & rear constructions, correct upper arm, legs & catlike feet, very sound temperament was quite lovely, movement was first class, this is one for top honours in the future I am sure; 2 Johnson's Tynevale The Tease, liver spotted puppy, really liked this lovely young male, his head is lovely, eyes are the correct size & amber colour, good balanced head gave of a great expression, all about his correct pigmentation liver spotting was correct, movement was first class, again a young male who should go all the way, I had two very good sound puppies here in the class; 3 Barrett & Fort's Shulune Ice Phantom of Dalamanti, black spotted male with very pleasing decorations, head is good, nice overall balanced size, temperament is very good, moved well.

(8,2) 1 Cliff & Hipkiss' Boutonneux Apollo, black spotted young male, great temperament, tail wagging all the time, he took a while to settle to let me handle him he was that happy, he is lovely, best of markings, terrific head with eyes & ears correct, body shape is correct, moved well with a good front extent ion & rear, drive coat & condition excelled, this is a lovely young Dalmatian; 2 Munro's Tanstar Sea The Stars, black spot male with very nice overall body shape, tailset & movement was good, very pleasing body shape with correct angulations throughout, head is good, movement was very sound; 3 King's Tamilanda Psychedelic Pink, liver spot with good correct decorations, nice head, correct eyes shape & colour, very nice to handle, moved with a good style front extension very good. Again a class with good examples.

(6,3) 1 Whiting's Cibrith Captain Kirk, black spotted male who is excellent both standing & on the move, lovely to handle, temperament is great, his decorations are correct size, good legs & feet correct, good front with the correct upper arm & shoulder, topline, loin & croup are correct, movement was very sound, again here I had a male with a lot going for him; 2 Hitchens & Livermore's Tyrodal Special Feature, good sound dog who moved well with the correct tail set & carriage, nice decorations, all about his head & expression pleased, good balanced size; 3 Farrell's Chandhally Coed Cyfareddol, good sound dog, moved well, nice overall angulations, good decorations.

(12,2) A good class but I had some males far too strong at the point of shoulder that appeared the dogs to be rather straight in front however my placing s pleased me. 1 Dodds & Pearson's Kelevra Hudson Hawk, black spotted, I liked this one, has the correct good size black pigmented spotting head & expression are lovely, his size is correct, well balanced with no sign of any coarseness, legs & feet are good, all angulations are correct, moved well, very pleasing young Dalmatian; 2 Swindell's Pjasdals Cwite Starstruck, a liver spotted male with the correct pigmentation spotting, head & expression are good, tail set & carriage pleased, very good body shape, coat & condition was very good, liked this dogs head, skull & muzzle correct, his movement was sound & true. I had two good examples here; 3 Goodswen's Tamilanda Pink Vigilante from Alphadal, good liver spotted male with good overall decorations, movement was sound & true with a good ground covering front extension & rear drive, again the 3 placed males pleased in this class.

(8,1) 1 Hoe & Lehmann's Spotniks First Farao for Ormond, I really liked this black spotted male, his decorations are lovely, all about his body shape is correct, topline, loin & croup with the correct tail set & carriage are very good, good head with eyes & ears correct giving a good expression, has a good front & rear constructions that enable him to move with a great style, this is a lovely breed example, thank you for bringing him; 2 Pickup's Roadcoach Ribbons And Roses, very good sound liver spotted male, decorations are lovely, correct balanced size with all angulations of body shape correct, lovely coat & condition, movement was very sound with the correct tail carriage; 3 Jenkins' Illyria Sarons Lad, black spotted male who moved well, has a very pleasing head pattern, nice legs & feet, overall body shape was good, temperament was very good.
LD (11,1) As one would expect at this level this class was very good, most standing were great examples of this lovely breed. 1 Burrows' Daedalus Deacon Blue at Shacarlu, black spotted male I first
saw this lovely example last Autumn from the ring side & judging him here he did not disappoint, has lovely jet black spotting on the purest of white grounds, his head is good, eyes & ears are correct, very
good constructed body shape, topline, loin & croup are good, good tailset, legs & feet excelled, has a great temperament, movement was sound & true, a great Dalmatian; 2 McCarthy's Kilndandy Old Copper,
liver spotted male, this dog has the correct colour pigmentation decorations, his head & body shape are good, very pleasing expression, size very well balanced, moved with a very good style. These two males
pleased me a lot; 3 Hardy's Mountsorrel Crescendo of Shydally black spot male, has a good temperament, movement was good, nice ground covering, decorations are correct, handled well, head pattern is to a nice

(16,5) I had some 12 champions entered here I thank you all. 1 CC & BOB, Stocks' Ch Dalmark The Shaded Moon at Nospar, the last time I judged this liver spot male I awarded him the RCC here he just had to have the top spot, he is quite lovely, has the best of overall body shape & size, front, chest room, upper arm & shoulder, reach of neck, topline, loin & croup, rear stifles, hocks, tail set & carriage, legs, catlike feet are all to a very high Standard, his head is quite lovely, best of expressions coming from correct colour amber eyes & lovely earset is near perfect in my opinion, has an outstanding temperament, moves with a nice style. I was very pleased with him & happy to see him short listed in the group later in the evening; 2 RCC, outstanding breed champion, Goff-Leggett's Ch Washakie Nutcracker Prince, black spot male, this one had to be good carrying this prefix, has perfect decorations, lovely balanced size throughout, his movement is perfect covering the ring with a great style, head & expression are lovely, temperament is outstanding, tail set & carriage very good. These two presented a lovely picture, I consider it a great honour to judge these two wonderful champions at this top level; 3 Hartley & Griffiths' Ch Creaganbrec The Favourite at Miragua, black spot male with all the correct breed attributes, moved well, his head & expression are good, has the correct balanced size, another great breed champion.
GCD (2) 1 Cleland's Dalesbred Larkin Around with Deovolante, very pleasing dog, moved well to win the class over 2 T Special Feature.

(13,4) 1 Beaumont & Croft's Little Miss Fuss Pot for Koroyza, black spotted bitch, I say at the outset this bitch is quite wonderful, why she is not a ch I do not know, her size is correctly balanced with a lovely outline, all correct profiles, had has the most glorious expression, decorations are good, movement was first class, this was a good class she won it well; 2 Neath-Duggan's Ch Buffrey Maybee, lovely black spot bitch, an outstanding ch, has the best of black pigmentation spotting, her size is correctly balanced, her movement is sound & true, I liked everything about this lovely bitch, loved judging her; 3 Rose's Washakie Ocean Song by Candidals, a black spot bitch who again fits the Standard, moved with a very nice balanced topline holding tail well, liked her head pattern decorations are very pleasing.

(9,1) 1 BP, Alexander's Offordale Sapphire, black spotted young puppy who excels in markings, body shape, head, expression & movement, I liked everything about her, I note the litter to my BPD, I just preferred the movement of the bitch on the run off for BP, some clever breeding here; 2 Petersen's, black spot young bitch Dalimese Who's That Girls at Daedalus, a pleasure to judge & handle this one, she is lovely, best of movers, her decorations are lovely, in tip top condition, presented to perfection, body shape, head & expression are correct, movement was quite outstanding; 3 Dunn & Spindey's Tamilanda Pink Sherbert, very pleasing bitch with nice temperament, movement was good, nice overall body shape, all decorations pleased.

(11) This class was very good. 1 Goodswen's Tamilanda Pink Angel from Alphadal, liked this one a lot, a black spot bitch in lovely condition, her head & eyes pleased giving a nice expression, body shape was good, very nice outline, size, correctly balanced topline held well on the move, a lot to like about this one; 2 Wright's Boutonneux Artemis of Millbelle, very sound attractive liver spot bitch with the correct colour pigmentation, lovely amber correct shape eyes, body shape was good, moved well, very pleasing bitch; 3 Coe's Tamilanda Pinl Lady, a good sound bitch presented from the Dalmatian prefix, moved well, her temperament was very good.

(9,3) In this class I found that which I was looking for in the femininity of this wonderful breed. 1 CC, Quayle's Cubalibre Spot On, apply named black spot bitch, in my eyes fits the Standard to a very high level, her decorations black on the purest of white grounds are quite lovely, head has the most lovely expression, lovely body shape is a joy to see both standing & on the move, moves in a very sound style, her temperament is lovely, this bitch is an outstanding example, I liked her a lot; 2 Gibbs' Phadante Dixie Lily, black spot bitch, full of quality, very sound mover covering the ring with a good style, all angulations are correct, her head & expression pleased, decorations are very pleasing; 3 Newton & Newton-O Brian' s Cubalibre Polkadot, black spot bitch, I note the little sister of the CC winner, she is quite lovely, best of decorations, nice head type, moved with a good style, some clever breeding here.

(18,1) This class was terrific full of outstanding bitches, my first two were to a very high Standard who on another day could change places, only my opinion separated them. 1 Dodds & Pearson's Kelevra Mercury Rising, black spot bitch who impressed on her movement, a good balanced size, black spotting is good, topline, loin & croup are correct, head type is good; 2 Sansom's Camargue Centerpage, black spot bitch, quite lovely type, best of head & expressions, her decorations are lovely, body shape correct, very good outline, loin & croup are correct, lovely legs & catlike feet. My opinion on the day separated these two lovely bitches; 3 Goff-Leggett's Mullabuoy Miss Chief of Washakie, very nice bitch as one would expect from this kennel, movement was excellent, in lovely condition, very pleasing example of this lovely breed.

(15,4) 1 Cheetham's Koroyza Cute As Candy for Dollywood, black spot bitch who pleased in every quarter, lovely head & expression, eyes in particular lovely, decorations are lovely, moved with a nice style with a good front extension & rear drive, her temperament was good, handled & presented in very good order; 2 Cooper's Caldecacre Couronne under Charmindals, very nice black spot bitch, moved with a nice balance holding her topline & tail carriage correctly, very nice head with correct colour & shape of eyes, her outline pleased me, a lot to like about her; 3 Sheldon's Boutonneux Galathea at Gemmont, good sound bitch, the correct size & shape decorations pleased, movement was very good, particular a good rear drive. I had three good bitches here in the class.

(16,1) I was looking for outstanding liver spot bitches here in this class, I found two that had just that which I was looking for they were my first & second placings. 1 Johnson's Tynevale Take Three To Tango, lovely upstanding sound liver bitch of top quality, best of breed type heads, lovely eyes & expressions, body shape is sound & true movement quite perfect, a lovely example; 2 Pilgrim's Olbero One To Charm at Weaponness, & charm she did, a quite lovely example, her head is lovely, great expression coming from the correct colour amber eyes, good overall body shape, her condition was perfect, lovely correct pigmentation, liver spotting on the purest of white grounds, her movement was quite lovely; 3 Smith's Tamilanda Pretty In Pink, good sound bitch with all the correct breed attributes great temperament, moved well, in perfect condition, this was a very pleasing class to judge.

(21,4) A great class some 10 breed champions entered. 1 RCC, Dodds & Pearson's Ch Camargue Gucci Envy, I first judged this bitch last Autumn when I awarded her a place in the Eukanuba finals I liked her then & still do, her movement is quite outstanding, she covers the ground with a great style front extension & rear drive are perfect, her black spotting is correct, head type lovely, very nice breed example, this bitch; 2 Cuthbertson's Ch Kalsidoni Garnet, black spot, this bitch looked lovely, her black spot decorations are quite wonderful, has a perfect temperament, her movement was quite perfect, lovely to see she handled well, in lovely condition; 3 Dunnachie's Ch Dvojica Voodoo, this outstanding example of the breed has represented at the highest level in the top UK ch shows, I have previously awarded her the top honour I cannot add more to that which I have said she is quite wonderful, it was a pleasure & honour to see & judge her again, thank you for bringing her.
