The Dalmatian Club of Scotland held an open show where BIS was Heroic Hector, RBIS was Tyrodal Ultra Violet by Sassafrass, BP was Caldecacre Copacabana, BV was Soul Sister Brown Sugar.

1  Clement's Caldecacre Copacabana, 6 months l/s, good topline maintained on the move, nice bend of stifle, moved with drive BP

2  Wright & Grimmett's Tafuta Hidden Echo, 6 months b/s, lovely head, nice dark eyes, good tight feet.  Just preferred 1 on movement

1  Pearson & Dodd's Camargue Euro Vision, nice dark spotting,  good topline & well off for bone, moved well although held tail a bit high on the move RBD

1 C Euro Vision,

2  Westwater's Dillydali Sadake, very nervous boy as first time shown so more training will help but still a very nice dog all round

1  Hosie's Heroic Hector, he caught my eye as he entered the ring, stunning black pigmentation, well spring rib, good loin and bend of stifle with nice tight feet, moved with plenty of drive and kept a good level topline BIS

2  Gates-Raw's Jabbawock The Sorcerer at Ribblehill, was not on best form here.  Nicely decorated with good dark eye and nice head but movement not as good as I have seen him in the past but kept good level topline and has good toolset

3  Westwater's Phidgity Pharaoh

1  Whincup's Spiredals Just Black at Tamilanda, black dog, nice deep chest and good ribcage, nice head, good topline and bend of stifle.  Movement not quite as good as have seen him in the past

1  Chance and Dodd's Tynevale Trendy Trevor, seven and a half years black, well balanced, nice head and neck and moved well showing good level topline

2  Fort's Charming Firefly at Shulune, seven and a half years black, tight cat feet, deep chest, good bend of stifle. Movement not quite as good as 1.

1  Christie's Sophtspot Snap Crackle n Pop JW, all round good quality black, well balanced and nice mover RBB

2  Locke-McFadden's Sassafras Infra Red, l/s who stood foursquare, deep chest, nice head and correct tailset. Just preferred movement  of 1

3 Newton's Tynevale Tuscan Tart

2  Kaal's Caldecacre Celsie, heavy marked l/s, good bend of stifle, nice tight feet, moved very well buy unlucky to clash with 1

2  Johnson's Tynevale Troublesome Tart, litter sister to 1.  Same type but movement not quite as good

1  Locke-McFadden's Tyrodal Ultra Violet by Sassafras, nicely decorated l/s of correct size, lovely coat and good bend of stifle, strong hindquarters giving excellent drive on the move RBIS

2  Justice's Phaeland Passion Phoenix, well balanced l/s, classic outline and plenty of heart and lung space.  These two could have changed places, difficult choice

3  Munro's Luiema Sea Lavender

1  Pearson & Dodd's Camargue Gucci Envy, b/s who stood proud with level topline, good tailset and tight feet, moved really well

2  Hosie's Rainvalley Summer Love, hard decision between 1 and this girl who had very pleasing head and moved really well

3  Gates-Raw's Lupiac One Fine Day over Ribblehill

1  Tynevale Tranquility, l/s, lovely head, nice dark eye and correct earset, moved well

2  Fort's Skiddaw Sunshine for Shulune, nice head, good deep chest and bend of stifle

3  Pearson & Dodd's Pollypeck Premier Passion at Daffydal

VB (10,8)

1  O'Donnell's Soul Sister Brown Sugar, at nearly 11 years old she moved well and looked very good, good liver colour with good shoulders and level topline BV

2  Justice's Moss Side Gypsy Trio, 9 years, lovely head and kind expression, deep brisket and good hindquarters but movement not as good as 1

1  Pearson & Dodd's two black exhibits who moved in complete harmony, pleasure to watch
